Nanosunco wood Sealing is a coating material based on nanotechnology-modified systems. Self-organizing, ultra thin anti adhesive components equip the surface with an invisible coating of hydrophobic and oil repellant characteristics. It minimizes the regeneration of algae and moss due to the lower water absorption of the subsurface. Nanosunco® wood Sealing may be used multi-purposely for open porous, absorbent wood

Specifications

Dilution: None

Hardening/Drying: Dried up after approx. 4-6 hours;
Completely hardened after 24 hours.
Processing Temperature: +5°C till +30°C
Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life: See imprints on bottles and jerry cans.
Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Storage Temperature: +5°C till +30°C
Environmental Impact: Do not use it below +5°C. Coat only smaller sections, if temperature is above +25°C.

Preparation and Application

The surface to be treated must be dry and clean. for preliminary cleaning use a proper cleaner without tenside. In each case, test the compatibility on an unobtrusive spot.

Apply Nanosunco ® wood Sealing through spraying and rubbing by using a cloth or apply lusciously by using brushes or paint-brushes. The applied quantity depends on the absorbency of the surface to be treated. Very porous or absorbent materials require a bigger amount than smooth, compact and fine pored surfaces.

Caution: The temperature of the surface and air during application should be between +5°C and max. +30°C. Do not apply on unprotected surfaces under conditions of heavy rain or wind.
