Varnish Sealing
Varnish sealing is a system based on nanotechnology, with which an excellent beading behavior of aqueous and oily liquids can be achieved on car varnish. The adhesion of dirt, insects and foreign matters is reduced. The coating is resistant to scratches and mechanical stress, and can easily be cleaned.

Specifications
Drying/Hardening: Drying after about 60 minutes. Fully hardened after 24 hours( In humid regions drying/hardening needs more time).
Processing Temperature:+5°C to +25°C, protect from direct sunlight.
Storage: Keep in +5°C to +25°C.
Only keep in original container, tightly closed, protected from direct sunlight, heating or overheating and frost.
Caution:
The application should be checked at an inconspicuous spot or a sample surface.
The wearing of gloves is recommended to avoid leaving fingerprints.
Do not apply on hot surfaces or coarse synthetic parts, such as bumpers, etc.!
Keep out of reach of children.
Preparation and Application
The treatment must be carried out under normal temperature and humidity conditions. Each precipitation or any pollution on the surface to be processed object or the lack of drying before the treatment can affect the binding of the sealing. The sealant must not be applied to surfaces that are colder than +5°C or warmer than +25°C. Avoid direct sunlight during application.
On vehicles built before 1996 (Due to the coating composition) do not apply without previous suitability test!
Carefully free the surface of dirt, oil and grease contaminants. We recommend NanoSunco Cleaner. Then rinse with plenty of water. The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease before coating.After the cleaning process, it is important that the surface is not touched with the palm of your hand. After cleaning should be started immediately with the finishing.
The coating is carried out by polishing with the application cloth. The material must be sprayed sparingly and distribute with circling movements on the clean surface.
After processing, the surfaces should not be cleaned for at least 24 hours mechanically or chemically.
