Metal Sealing

Nanosunco® Metal Sealing is a semi-durable, solvent-based and nanotechnology-modified system for the maintenance of stainless steel or FE metal surfaces in the interior. Nanosunco® Metal Sealing equips the surface with water, oil and dirt resistant features, which makes the surface much easier to clean.

Use

Stainless steel , crom , and all metal surfaces

Specifications

Hardening/Drying: Dried up after approx. 30 minutes;
Hardened after approx. 12 hours, depending on subsurface and processing temperature.
Processing Temperature: +5°C till +25°C;
Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life: At least 24 months, if at room temperature and well locked in original trade unit.
Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Storage Temperature: +5°C till +25°C
Environmental Impact: Do not use it below +5°C.

Preparation and Application

The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free prior to coating. Clean the surface with Grey Giant Sponge and clean the residue. Then apply Nanosunco cleaning Agent on the surface and clean it, rinse with plenty of water afterwards . Test the application on an unobtrusive spot or sample surface.

Shake well before use. Apply coat through furbishing, using a piece of cloth. Economically spray the material on the surface or the cloth and distribute evenly on the subsurface. Do not immediately furbish! Wait approx. 10 minutes and then furbish until the surface is free of cords and clear.

Caution: The ultra thin coat needs approx. 30 minutes to dry. In case of high humidity or low temperatures, allow for longer drying periods. Do not touch or treat the surface with water or cleaning agents during that time.

Keep out of reach of children!

Touching-up and new coating: You may apply Nanosunco® Metal sealing again on the clean and dry surface, proceeding as described above.

Cleaning of the coated surface: Use a wet cloth to easily remove staining and dry residue.
